I bought a fitbit and it only works half the time. It freezes up and just stops working for weeks and then suddenly works again. So definitely would not recommend them. I also have a Polar HRM and it works great.

I have wondered the same thing so hopefully someone will answer this question. I always wait until the end of the day to log my exercise so that I don't think that I can eat those extra calories.
