For the 30 minute workouts, how many calories does your FT4 say you burn? I have the same model and I know everyone burns different calories based on numerous things but just curious as to what someone else HRM say they burn during the workouts.

I just got a Polar FT4F and it works awesome. Amazon has it for around $64. Best money I have spent in a while. Accurate, easy to use, and I forget its on.

Wow you look awesome! Did you follow her diet? Did you follow the workout program exactly as she has it written out? I am entering my 4th week of the program. I feel stronger and my clothes fit looser however I am not seeing much results yet. When did you notice some results in your body?

So today was weigh in and I didnt lose a pound nor did I gain anything. I know we are not supposed to pay attention to the scale but it was pretty disheartening to see that it did not move at all. Just finished my last day of the kickstart. Did a double cardio 1 tonight. I feel so proud that I did the full 6 days 2 workouts a day. I can not wait to weigh myself and see if I started off great. Morning guys, I did Cardio 1 last night to complete my first 5 days of the kickstart. I will do the last double Cardio 1 this evening when I get home from work. Just finished day 6 workout 2. I feel great and was able to do the whole video without taking 5-10 second breaks. Cardio 1 will be done tonight and I am dreaded the last day tomorrow because its double cardio LOL But I can and will do this! Keep it up guys!

I just finished my 2nd workout for the day which was Cardio 1. I know its late but was busy up until this time and I refused to go to bed without doing my workout. So happy that 2 more days are left! I can do this!!!!

Day 4 today and I did workout 1 this morning and will do cardio 1 tonight. I woke up less sore today and feeling great but after all those squats today on workout 1, I am sure my soreness will be back tomorrow. Does anyone know when the soreness officially goes away? I started on Monday as well doing 2 workouts a day for the kickstart and needless to say I am sore as hell and its only day 3. I did Cardio 1 this morning and will be doing Cardio 1 again tonight.
