what speed are you going on the elliptical? I do the same thing but I run from anywhere from 4/6.5 speed on the elliptical for no more then 20min 5/6 days a week. Girl I must be doing something wrong, because am no where looking/losing weight like you.

I totally agree, I can't get a good workout without good music and loud. When am ready to start running, I find my song and turn it up and run to it. Sounds crazy but it works for me. Or change it up, do weighs, do a DVD, bring a friend, listen to different music, or watch TV while on the machines. You don't wanna over…

Thanks Ladies, but the only thing that I have a problem is, that I live on the top of a two story apartment, and I don't think my down stair neighbor would like me jumping and and down and being loud...lol so now I'm kind of stuck, but I really want to try it.
