great info Hannah!!! I aim to drink 150 ounces everyday before 5:00. It's hard but I try my hardest. The first few days are hard. Expect headaches and to be very tired, but it passes and you start feeling great.

I agree with everyone. You have find that balance/ ratio of all 3 to find what works for you.
