  • Vega brand is vegan. I use it with plain unsweetened soy milk. You can find it at Sprouts or Whole foods.

  • walking with a pedometer is ggod if you work up to 10,00 steps a day it is approx 5 miles and you can do some in the morning , afternoon and evening. It adds up!!!
