I also work in an office. Simple things like, dont leave change or cash in your wallet for vending machines. Keep healthy snacks and drinks at your desk so if you are hungry you eat that... and limit what is there. If you don't have it, you wont be tempted. pack your lunches with extra veggies or whatever you prefer.…
