SW: 167 CW: 148 GW: 143 Weigh in Dates: 10/1 - 148 10/8 10/15 10/22 10/31 Since I started losing weight...the only weird thing I can think of is the new attention I've been receiving from people...lol - So used to being the chubby girl that people always overlooked...probably helps that I dress a lot better for my shape…

I do my weekly weigh-in after my rest day, that way my muscles won't be as sore and holding more water than usual.

I used to argue with the negative voices A LOT during my workouts. Over the past 3 months, it's gotten easier. I also noticed it got very much easier to ignore once I started seeing the results of my hard work (after 6 weeks into it).

No products have helped my stretch marks...and I did spend quite a bit of money on stuff. I have noticed that since I've started working out more, the stretch marks don't seem so severe as my tummy tightens up more and more. I have learned to accept my stretch marks for what they are and HOW they got there. :drinker:

I always look forward to Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings as that's when the crowds finally start thinning out little by little. Friday is usually quiet. I love that day! :glasses:

Yeah, I blocked them just now.

Just tried that with cold coffee today. Was pretty good! Good to see I'm not the only one! Thought I was being odd by doing it. LOL

I wonder how many people on these boards don't realize that's the parody version they watching.

Mine hasn't changed for 13 years...forever 118lbs, no matter what! Lol

I don't count most sauces on my food, as long as I know that it's not going to affect my fat/sugar numbers too badly. People probably think I eat plain cooked fish and such when they see my diary, but I cover that stuff in all sort of spices...just can't be bothered to add something that doesn't really matter to me right…

Commented earlier, but just did my first weight check for the week, so will start with these numbers. SW: 167 CW: 151.6 GW for end of Sept: 146 GW: 135 Weigh in Dates: 9/1 : 151.6 (did my weight check for the week on 9/2) 9/8 : 9/15 : 9/22 : 9/31 :

I always worry before I step on my weight scale (1x week), especially when I have been working extra hard!

I'll try this out. Hopefully it'll be somewhat of a motivation for me! SW: 167 CW: 153 SEPT GW: 148 GW: 135 Weigh in Dates: 9/1 9/8 9/15 9/22 9/31

I have the same issue! My dude and I are so stressed out by one child that I don't think we could handle 2. She's school age now, so the other school moms are always bugging me about having more kids. My kid's very much a social butterfly, so I think she will do fine as an only child.

Commenting so this post will be in my profile for my own future reference :D

I cook my tilapia in a pan. It usually falls apart by the time I get it out of the pan. It's all going in my mouth anyway so it doesn't matter.:drinker:

Thanks for posting this topic, I had been wondering about this sort of thing. While I don't get ill working out after having some breakfast, I've been having some fat burning issues at the gym. I'm gonna test my workouts on an empty stomach until the weekend and see what happens. I'll probably slip a protein powder drink…

I am rewarding myself with a tattoo when I reach my goal weight. I don't have any tattoos yet, but I have been wanting one for YEAAAARS. It's going to be along the right side of my torso. :blushing:

I can never handle compliments. I can't even handle them from my dude...and we've lived together for 4 years so far. He recently told me I have become more "sexy" and I just stared at him while my face felt bright red. :blushing:

I didn't even think about hernias. - Thanks for the advice, I know how to word myself next time! I always expected my past doctors to suggest something on their own...but I guess I expected too much of them. Lol Yes, it definitely suck when it comes to yoga. I sometimes participate in an yoga class at my gym and HATE…

This is what I do. It works fine for me, it only takes a few seconds to check my pulse. It maybe inconvenient for most, but I can't quite spend $70 on a chest strap type at the moment...couldn't say no to a $15 watch!
-
I had a bit of an ugly muffin top going on while I wore most of my pants...since I changed my diet and started cardio/strength exercises...my body reshaped in that area. Everything is starting to look quite well in that area (2 months later). Just work hard, watch your food intake and you shall see some sort of results…
-
I typically spend about 2-3 hours...depending on my mood. I don't work at the moment, so I like to spend longer at the gym since it helps take my mind off things. :) It's usually 1 hour of cardio, 30-60 minutes of heavy lifting, and 30'ish minutes stretching/yoga.

Lunch usually takes the most calories for me. I don't like to eat much in the evening, since I move around like a sloth during night hours. Always feel like crap the next day if I have a big dinner!
-
5'2", 156lbs, and I eat between 1200-1500 calories most days. I've lost about 11lbs (in 8 weeks) since starting my current diet.

I was about 15 and my sister wanted me to join her at the gym for yoga classes. We ended up only going a few times over the span of 2 months. I didn't understand how important it was to be fit and healthy, so I didn't take it seriously. 14 years later, I FINALLY know why it's important! :blushing:
