I would do the 1/2 with some walking if needed. You would be missing out on something great. Be proud, do it and use your time as a goal to beat nest time. There is no shame is walking...just giving up. You can do it if you put your mind to it! Good Luck!!!!:flowerforyou:

I would let your ladybug ticker cross the finish line before before I move the goal line! :bigsmile: As for a new goal number I would just drop it down 10 more pounds and see how you feel in your skin/clothes. Congrats on the weight loss! I am going to be 40 next March and hope to get down to the 140's by then.
