Get checked out. I would go to the ER or Urgent Care and skip making a doctors appointment! If you go to the ER they will do testing while you are there unlike if you go to your family doctor where you have to wait days to get results. Could you be diabetic? Let us know how it goes.

I would give myself an extra 300-400 calories for a cheat day. But limit my cheat days to once every 3 weeks. :)

1) yes 2) yes 3) yes I didn't make the best choices today. Some how I cracked and had a doughnut

Oops I'm logging this a day late. I stayed in my calorie range and tracked every bite. As for eating back exercise calories I will take in more calories if my burn is over 800 or if I feel like my body just needs more.
-
Calories counted and it looks like I am way under for the day which is strange because I did a great hike along the Grand River (2.5 hours) and my heart rate monitor said I burnt over 600 calories. You think I would be more hungry....
-
Tracked my food and was under my calories. For exercise I did Week 1 Day 2 of half marathon training. I also added in some sprints :) Total burn according to Garmin was 229 calories. I have to say I love this challenge. I didn't feel like doing anything today but thought dang, I have to get in my 20 minutes. Once I got…

November 2 I tracked my food. Stayed in my calorie range :) Got in my fitness minutes by walking 30 minutes and I also did some strength training... Not a lot of strength training but I'm happy I did some today.

November 1 I did a 2.5 hour hike today at the Niagara Falls gorge. Lots of stairs ascending and descending. I'm sure I burnt off the Halloween candy I had last night! I tracked my food and stayed in my calorie goal for the day. :)

Hello my name is April. I joined this challenge because it looks like the kind of challenge I need! I need to log daily and exercise daily so this is perfect. I'm looking forward to making it to the end of this month without missing a day :)

I have the same goal! I plan on running a full marathon in the spring and want to drop 40 lbs by then. Good luck!

I have had the Mirena for the past four years and have lost over 40lbs. When I first tried to lose weight and wasn't having any luck I blamed the Mirena but the truth was I wasn't measuring my food with a scale or logging everything I put in my mouth. I thought I was eating less than what I really was. Once I started to…

I love the idea of a daily challenge. This looks like a good one to work the core! :)
-
Longer runs = faster runs on race day :) Up your mileage and you will see improvements

WOW Brit you look amazing! I can't wait to see your Insanity results. You go girl!
-
I'm going to try frozen grapes in the summer! I read that some runners take them on their long runs and find them refreshing and great for fuel... I have many long runs in my future. :)

My dream is not only to run a Disney race but to run them all. I just wish it didn't take 23 hours to drive there. I would make signing up for one of their races so much easier for me.

I can not pick a favourite park. LOL I guess I just love them all. Each park is so different from the other. Just thinking about being at any of the parks makes me happy.

My plan is to lose another 20 before my next WDW trip. I am going to honestly log my foods daily on MFP and keep hitting the gym, running and going to zumba classes. My graph at the end of each day should look like 20% protein, 25% fat and 55% carbs. I have been doing this for a couple of months and it is working for me.…
-
My next trip is the second week of June. I am already down 19 pounds since my last trip to WDW which was in May 2013. All I want is to have a decent picture of me with all my favourite Disney characters!!! I'm sure you all agree that there is nothing better than a picture of yourself looking good with the big mouse.…

I would keep it the same. Cortelli gave good advice. I just want to say you are doing amazing! Keep it up!!

I was told to do standing calf raises and that they will help shape them and trim them down. Gawd, I hope it helps I have just recently started to do them. I feel your pain! I hope someone else has tried and true method to share with you.
-
Good luck! With that attitude you will reach your goals!

You can add me as a friend if you like (or anyone else) I log everyday and my food diary is open. I have 45ish pounds to lose.

Way to go! I have a 5K this weekend and I just want to finish it under 40.(I would be over the moon if I finish under 30) I think I will take what you said to heart and keep running past the being sick and hope it gets easier.
