I just turned 40 and I feel great! The only difference I have noticed in the last couple of years is my skin is drier. So I use creams to keep the wrinkles away.... Please don't let me get wrinkles until my 60's or grey hair!!!!

Count me in! I usually go to 3+ classes a week. Looks like I now have an excuse to do back to back classes 120 minutes of shaking my booty. :laugh: So far this month 3 hours of Zumba fun....only because a nasty head cold is slowing me down.:grumble: Anyone who wants to add me as a friend feel free to! :bigsmile:

Niagara Falls is beautiful on both the Canadian and US sides with lots of trails to walk. There are a lot of nice B&B's around Niagara on the Lake. I think you could save some $ staying there.
