Wow! What an encouraging start to many new relationships in the UAC!
I want to thank each of you for sharing. When we share something about ourselves (even when it's just what kind of exercise we did today), we allow the other members to care about us. That is not selfish, nor foolish, that is what builds accountability. Once you become a real person to the other team members, then you want to keep the friendship alive!!
    Have a great day! Rick

It's an overly warm day here for November. I find the new branch one of those places you never know what may happen. I feel like it's been a great learning experience as I was so nervous that every mistake I made I would get fired. Well shoot if anything they may just promote me to a higher position because the 2 women in charge at this branch are just crazy. I am so much more relaxed and have more confidence in my abilities. Plus this group is like you know your stuff just do it if it's wrong we'll fix it at the end. So far nothing wrong yet. LOL

exercise is done we will see what we get done later. Have a great day everyone!! :)

Since I am having such a hard time getting back on track with what I am eating, I decided to go back to weight watchers (became lifetime members 8 years ago, but have always had trouble staying at goal). Went to my first meeting this am, and was very glad that I did. Feels like it was one more step towards full commitment Was all about asking for help...which I am not that good at.

    Happy tracking today!

challenges and walking through Central London for about an hour or just over as we met my husband for lunch and then walked along the river.
    Tracked? Yes
Calories? Yes but only just! Used up loads of calories eating out at lunch so now I'm going to have to go to bed a bit hungry!

    3) yes

Exercise was light duty today. Uncooperative weather for tomorrow.
Garmin gave me more credit than it should have. Maybe that compensates for shortchanging yesterday.
