  • Congrats on trying something new and putting yourself out there! I have great respect for anyone who walks into a crossfit gym for the first time and sticks with it. I have been at a crossfit gym for 6 months and love it. Hang in there and stay positive some days are better then others!
  • I started crossfit in Dec. and love it! I am so proud of how strong I have become but hunger cravings and boredom continued to prevent me from loosing the last 10 lbs! My husband goes to the same gym also and is doing his first xterra race in 2 weeks yeah him:)
