YES----have it and it is very painful, the most discomfort occurs when someone walks up to me and touches or grabs me unexpectedly. Others holding onto my shoulders, ugh..not good. So rest, but keep going. Keep the medications to a minimum, if at all possible...sometimes it is not. Occasionally we have to give in but since…

Yes, MFP will give you 1200 however, to lose the extra now...you may want to try 1100--or change "what" you are eating. If you begin to eat more, unless you seriously increase your workout burns, you will begin to regain the weight you lost. Good Luck

answering even though I have Apple Watch ....these trackers help with motivation. Plus I can see and respond to the workouts that my friends do. it doesn't really matter if any of them are 100% accurate because they keep our minds a little bit more fitness focused. of course not everyone needs this.

Dear OP Thanks for posting, I drink tea exactly like you do and am happy for so many sensible answers. I begin the day with 2 cups of hot tea almost everyday. IMHO tea is good for us and I never worry at all about reusing tea bags.

K2 supplementation sounds VERY important, esp since I’ve been told by my cardiologist that I have visible calcification.

@Bearwood41 My steps prior to joining MFP do not show up.

I knew ALL REASON had left the house when I saw size 6x clothing in Walmart. People overeat and snack all day......not everyone but a high percentage.

Same here, my Apple Watch sends the info directly to MFP, I'd say this works the way it should pretty often. Glitches will occur from time 2 time, of course.

Hello and GL, the last pounds are the hardest to drop.

Hi Amanda my MFP & Apple Watch are paired, however since the last Watch Update, I’m seeing a discrepancy of 2 to 3,000 steps between the Watch & MFP. For some reason MFP is not allowing AW to sync all steps. So I’ll reach, for example 12,000 watch steps and 8,500 will be recorded on MFP. Have you had any success with…

I'd like to try the NUNN, is there one w/o the fizz ---although someone did write here that the fizz effect doesn't last long, none would be even better.

For some reason this group is largely quiet----perhaps it is because FL is such a huge state.

Did this appear after you lost weight?

She is a liar anyhow, straight STEVIA; the leaves might just be more healthy.... but Truvia is as processed as Splenda, they’re all best to be avoided. Having said that, whenever I want I use different packets of sweeteners......the last I checked obesity and it’s related issues are to be avoided and sometimes a person…

My list is as long as your list, it is often on my mind.....why am i unable to tolerate so many foods? Beans Coconut Brazil Nuts Cashews Milk - lactose intolerance All Fish Onions & Garlic ( very poor tolerance) Tomato sauce no --- Salsa yes I'm fine with avocado, beets, some fruits and bacon. In addition always keep…

You really have to go for smaller portions, change is necessary or add running/jogging at least 3x a week. Cut in half the yogurt and the cheesebecause chicken breast is high protein and relatively low cal....leave that as is. Peanut butter....eat exactly one-half teaspoon, it's very caloric. You can do this********* "Good…

Lovely Pictures here, thanks. We have been enjoying every night of the Winter Games , well except last night because of our proximity to the tragedy here in South Florida. Also nice is that our cable channels offer a dedicated TV Olympic Channel with some unexpectedly great programming.

Have been watching and thoroughly enjoying every night...well except last night because of our South Florida proximity to horrific tragedy.

Find people to spend time with---where do you live? I could make many, many suggestions but need your approx location. In the meantime, i'm sure you can go to a Nursing Home or Hospital & read to ppl living there who would appreciate your kindness.
