  • The must have are: egg whites and egglands best eggs. Fresh Veggies and Fruit - apples, carrots, celery, spinach, green beans, cukecumbers, tomatoes, bean sprouts, peppers and onions. Almond Butter Greek Yogurt Low Fat Cheese and low fat Cheese Sticks skim milk protein shakes water, water, water.... no diet soda coffee…
  • You look amazing. I am so happy for you. I hope I can be as successful as you. How did you get through the times when you hit a plateau?
  • Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat and if you have been excercising you are probably gaining muscle thus the increase in weight or no change in scale. Keep of going... It will all of a sudden start coming off again if you stick with it.
  • Depending on what you are eating and how much you are working out, you many not be eating enough calories. I started working out with a trainer and told him I was using Myfitnesspal and keeping track of the calories. My fitness pal indicating I should be only have 1200 calories per day and more depending on how much I work…
  • If I am able to, I would like to joing as well. I am 41 and have been married for 11 years. I have a step son who is 15 and son who will be 8 soon. I go up and down in my weight. I have lived in CT for 20 years. I currently weigh 274 and want to go down to 170. I will weigh in on Fridays as well. Thanks Tanya
