Rayna definitely look into short term. I would say if you haven't been to the doctor then start there first...as they are going to be your first resource. Morning! I'm going to refer you to page 1 of this thread. Lots of good posts on calories/eating & exercise. As far as bloating, just keep up with water intake...try eating every 2 hours (small snacks)...that helped me tremendously.
