There are days when I want a treat. I don't think of it as cheating because I will just account for it in my daily calorie count. That means, I'll have a lighter dinner or exercise more. Thanks for your post. I went through a stall of weight loss and started to gain. I felt so defeated that I stopped eating my exercise calories and started losing again. Is it bad long-term to avoid eating your exercise calories?

I hate all of the household chores, but worst of all - Laundry!!! It just never stops. It grows and grows and grows. I actually have a friend who loves doing laundry and I think she must have bumped her head.
