I'm finishing week one too on top of walks with the family. When I run I keep my breaths in time with my steps and with asthma I can say it does get hard, especially in the last round.

I had to stop through the fitness test my first time I was bouncing so bad. I bought a fitness wrap from wal-mart for $5 and wrapped it over, it worked.

I was on it for 3 weeks. My aunt introduced it to me after taking it for a year and a half. She didn't take it the whole time, she forgot pills constantly and never exercised. But she lost weight and kept the weight off even after not taking it for months. And I don't mean 10lbs, she lost 30lbs. But back to my experience.…
