  • When I added alli, it did exactly what it claims: for every two pounds I lost with diet and exercise, I lost another using alli. MFP calculated the calories I need to lose 2 lbs/week. Using alli, I lost 3. Working for me without the side effects but I am eating a relatively low-fat diet.
  • Maybe try cross training? Pilates is amazing for toning the core. Jazzercise is also a great, all-around workout that combines cardio, strength training, and mat work. I had the best body of my life when I did Pilates 2-3x/week.
