i actually just did a mudderella.. i trained for just a few wks before it.. it was 5 miles and 13 obstacles.. i just did it this past sat.. still every part of my body still hurts ..

i love my wine also but have cut back on it since trying to lose weight .. i felt it just made me feel soo bloated.. im finding it harder to lose this weight this time and activity is hard for me.. soo if i can avoid any extra calories i am going to.. but the weekend i do have atleast 1 glass..

ok.. thank u just gave me an idea of what everyone is around.. my time i eat dinner i feel is late also .. i sometimes dont sit down till 645-7pm .. and i hate eatting a heavy meal then ..
