I am having the EXACT same problem! I really overdid it on thanksgiving and I felt horrible yesterday and continuing on this morning from the meal. And had a whopping 4 lb gain from all of the salt/water retention. Bleg! But I had a great morning at the gym today and I am feeling TONS better. I can only hope I can get some…

It was pictures that were taken at my Grandmother's 80th birthday in September. I got them back in October and they put me in a state of shock. I had known that I was overweight, but that person was not who I see in the mirror everyday. Maybe it is because I was standing around with the rest of my not-so-fat family that…

I second on the greek yogurt!! it is great stuff, I eat it everyday. I love the Chobani brand. It is a little more expensive than regular yogurt, but I think the trade off of less sugar, more protein is worth it!

I'm a non-mom and I would love to join you all! I am married, have been for 6.5 years. I have two furry kids, a greyhound and a quarter horse! I just joined a gym yesterday, and believe me when I say I have the same inhibitions as you. I just feel sooo out of place as the fat chick on the exercise equipment!! I feel the exact same way! I used to be constantly eating sweets. Ice cream was a NIGHTLY thing for me, if it was in the freezer I had a bowl every night. Chocolate, cheese cake, and other candies were a constant thing in my diet. I have not had a single craving for them! I do allow myself a 60 calorie fudgecicle pop every…

Made these tonight and they were great! Def can't tell there is anything "healthy" about them. I didn't tell anyone in my family that the were so lets see if they notice. I used a 50/50 mix of wheat and white flour and also used a stevia sugar blend instead of splenda and they still turned out great! Thanks for the recipe!

I have also been on this site for a little over a week. It has been fantastic! I just turned 30 and also need to lose over 100 pounds. I don't think I have ever had this much success losing weight in the last 5 years than when I started using the MFP android app and then the actual website. Reading about everyone's…
