I've been eating frozen dinners for lunch and dinner because of my work and school schedule. I know these usually have a ton of sodium so I am careful to only pick out the ones that have around 500mg of sodium per meal. if I do that then I am ok as far as water weight. healthy choice is really good about sodium levels,…

Hi there! This is my second time around here on MFP, I have a total of 115 pounds to lose this time. I lost 40 about a year ago but gained it all back last semester (it was the semester from HELL!). We can do this!!!

I've just started buying them to eat in between classes tuesday - thursday and they've been great! I really like the flavors. The are such a great source of protein too. What's not to love? :smile:

i second the flannel shirt over the dress. I also remember not combing my hair EVER when I was in high school (ewww) but that was cool to have crazy messed up hair! but yes, flannel is a must!

MFP is great! I also found it thru my phone app, but the community here is wonderful! I have a goal of 100lbs to lose (of which I have lost 24!). I will probably adjust my goal once I get there, but for now 100lbs lighter is just a great goal for me. I'm sending you a friend request!

I agree with the sodium statement. Your body will retain fluid if you eat too much sodium and since the 4lbs happened in one day, I would absolutely guess that is the reason for the gain. Give yourself a couple of lower sodium days and it should come right off :)

I agree with tamiash. Coconut milk is not something I would drink on it's own, but mixed in with other things it's wonderful! I have used in oatmeal and cereal and it always comes out wonderful :)

Sargento has low sodium cheeses and they are yummy!! I eat the string cheese, colby jack, and cheddar cheese sticks all the time! I would go nuts if i didn't have cheese :bigsmile:
