Im on day 6 but decided to do level 1 and 2 in a row today totally killed me ,was shaking all over think I will stick to level one for now !

I'm also up for a new start . April 1st is the start of my 90 day challenge. Would love to loose 2 stone..stick to 1200 calories and exercising 4 times a week and absolutly no alcohol!!!!!

by being on this site I have certainly cut down the emotionasl eating, once you actuallt see what you are eating every day it makes a big difference, good luck

This happened to me last week too! its so annoying when you are working hard every day! I was going to gym every day burning loads of calories and not eating over 1200 calories but somehow managed to put on 4 lbs!!! arrghhh! it has came off agin but very depressing! stick at it though !

pouring a glass of wine and then pouring it down the sink as I realised I didnt want it, so my will power is getting better !

Im exactly the same , I have been on slimfast for 10 days now and am starving after workout! I try not to eat my exercise calories as I am only planning using this for 4 weeks and want to use it as a kick start and then introduce another meal into the day! I just try to fill up on fruit in between bars! Good luck, add me…

Im doing 1200 a day just now , been doing slimfast bars and 1 healthy meal with 2 snacks!! its working but dont know how much longer i can stick the bars, only been 5 days and im craving bread,lol x feel free to add me x

hi ya!! thought I would give this a go as I dont seem to be losing any weight and have been at gym for a few months but the same few lbs that com e off go straight back on so figured writing down everything I ate can only be a good thing!
