You are more than welcome to "friend" me on here, I like to do the same. I just started 8 weeks ago and have a personal trainer, so my only friend on here, besides my brother who never logs anything, is my trainer. But looking at hers helps me alot!

I always pre-plan because it makes it easier to know what you can have for the day and also you can adjust as you go to make sure you don't go over.
