I weigh and measure everything.. It is a giant pain in the butt, but you get used to it and it does get easier. It was a real eye opener when I first started. I was eating two and three serving's. Do it! You will love it! It is a great total body workout. Just make sure to start with lighter weights and that your form matches the instructors. I log my calories burned under the cardio. I use a heart rate monitor. I can burn anywhere from 350-500. Have fun and good luck!

I think I have a pretty good balance. Moderation is key. Eat right, work harder. The rest is in the bag. Feel free to add. Just realized I have no guy pals on MFP.

I am just about 5'5 and want to be under 130. 125 would be freaking awesome but probably wont happen since I have an athletic build. My goal is too tighten up my abs!

Count me in! :) I am completely addicted to spinning classes. Never paid that much attention to miles but I believe in 50-60 mins it's anywhere from 20 -22 miles. I do classes at least 3 times a week sometimes 4-5. I will set a goal of 90 miles a week. Now do I just come back here weekly and report or what? Good luck…

When I was a therapist I looked and looked and also could not get a good answer. I was a LMT for eight years and during that time is when I packed on the pounds. Working as much as I did, mostly deep tissue, I was always hungry and figured I would burn the calories my next sessions..not so much. I really wish someone would…

I weigh myself every morning after I have my coffee. In the past when I gained, I didn't have a scale and looking back I believe I wouldn't have gotten as big if I had my scale. I think having it now really helps me keep on tack.

I also love spin and go 3-5 times a week sometimes 6. I can't get enough of it!! I tried running ( thought I could start training for a marathon) and just injured myself. Tank God I found the bike!
