I would suggest you keep doing what your doing with the exception of your carb intake. I myself have only carbs like bread, potatoes,rice once per day. I agree with cramernh, this is a great site for people who suffer for ED's. I too work in the health care field and see it on a day to day basis. Recovery can be a very slow process and yes I also agree that this disorder is a mental health issue. I would be more than happy to befriend someone with this disorder.

I use a little bit of butter or just use Montreal Chicken Seasoning or Bruschetta herbs. I buy my spices from Epicure Selections. They are awesome and have no preservatives in them and most of them do not have salt in them.
