lol, I have looked for it as cardio. The amount of exertion can vary widely, so if it's there there should probably be a few different levels, lol. It is certainly possible to break a sweat doing it!!! I think it also has the potential to help increase metabolism, seriously! I vote yes, it should be there!

Congrats on losing all that baby weight! No pill will deal with that lower belly issue!!! I think the advice to work on abdominal/"core" exercise is good. Yoga, pilates, etc. Another idea I'm going to try once I get some of this baby fat off is: herbal body wraps. There's a lot of info on the net out there, there are spas…
