I just tried to do day 1 of this and I could only make it 15 minutes in! Wow am I outta shape. Thought I was gonna throw up if I kept going. Hope it gets better with time. As for tracking I was gonna do the circuit training for 25 minutes as well. I will make sure I do it on an empty stomach for sure too next time.

Yesterday a friend of mine said "whoa those jeans are getting baggy", and I have lost only 10lbs. I haven't noticed much yet but she was right. The jeans were a bit baggy. :)

My asthma has been horrible for the last 4 months. It is both allergy and exercised induced. Saw an allergist who put me on some different preventors and they are not working. Just finished a course of prednisone again and I want to cry as it doesnt seem to last and I feel horrible taking it too. Gonna start…
