you should drink 1/2 your body weight in oz so if you weigh 120 lbs you drink 60 oz.. i have a free app on my phone called waterlogged it alerts me to drink up lol

Be careful cleansing like that and doing certain things to trick your body could cause liver and kidney issues..

welcome :) what a great way to reward yourself by getting healthy :) my reason for making a change was also my grandkids my mom passed at 58 and her pic was on a memory table at my daughters wedding I did not want that :( team support is truly what helped me reach my goals (that iM steal workng on ) since 2009 :)

Ive completed Insanity and Asylum.. its an intense workout but you have to push yourself also if you have to modify do so and as Shaun T says Listen to your body... :) I have a support group with some Insaniacs in it Id be happy to put you in.. let me know also add me as a friend>

Hi Tasha, I know especially with working out your body needs fuel to burn (food) its so strange that not eating enough calories stores fat and does the exact opposite of what one would think.. Keepng track is a great way of seeing how your balanced. Good luck!
