Shlynn although those are healthier alternatives they really arent its the same crap just smaller size.. look at the ingredients and a great app to use is fooducate its free and you can scan your foods.. those 100 cal pack are soo deceiving

Its a lot harder suffering the pain of obesity then kicking your butt with Insanity.. the pain and soreness will go away from working out!! Are you in a challeng group setting?

Many of the results photos you see are real people like yourselves and they just modify they push they stick with it and they have the accountability to help them get thru it.. the results are def worth it :)

It could be your footwear YOu should find a specialty sneaker store and have them analyze your feet to tell you what type you need there are sooo many brands and such for instance if you are doing a lot of lateral movements running sneakers may tear your tendons (true story it happened to me) ..good luck
