I would suggest doing something to get you excited about eating healthy first. Working out won't do much good if you don't eat to match it. Go to like a sauna and do a full body detox. We have a place here in Dallas called king sauna.. It is an amazing Korean bath house. And also a colon cleanse to get all of the toxins…
