  • Thanks! When I go shopping I'll look into getting a ninja. I've heard they can do almost anything and have read several great reviews.
  • I've heard great things about the vitamix blenders and I'm sure they're a great investment, but I just can't stretch that far. Maybe when I get a full-time "grown-up" job.
  • Sodexho is also the company that runs the cafeteria at my school. Besides the salad bar, the sandwich bar is pretty good (make wise choices), some soups are healthy, I've seen healthy flat bread pizzas. The one at my school also has Mongolian grill a couple of nights a week, it's buffet style where you put what you want in…

  • What annoys me even more at restaurants/cafes is when they don't make an item so it corresponds with the ingredients listed on the menu. • I think it is just a problem with MFP because when I go to reports and net calories, it shows up with a negative number for 5/26, but when I look in my food jounal, I am way over, even with exercise.
  • I am pretty honest. I don't usually log drinks because it is usually water, crystal light, or occasionally a diet soda, but if it is milk, juice, or regular soda I track it. The trouble I have is trying to guess accurate nutritional information and portion size because half of my meals come from a cafeteria.
  • I'm Esther and I'm a sophomore majoring in nursing. I changed my major in the middle of the fall semester, so I'm in my freshman year of the nursing program. This semester is kind of easy compared to the others I've had. The classes I have are: Introduction to Biblical Interpretations Gen. Psychology I Microbiology Honors…
  • The healthiest of those would probably be the popcorn especially if it was not loaded with butter and oil. Would it be possible to get just the plain chips or maybe salsa instead of the cheese?
