I guess I am not completely opposed to walking some but I just think of a 5k as a run. But it does say on the registration 5k walk/run. I will test it out today and see how much of it I can run. Thanks for the help! :-) Great job on signing up for one! Make sure you tell us how it goes!!

You need to drink more. I have heard from "The Doctors" TV show that you can lose 150 calories by drinking water. Let that be an inspiration. Try giving yourself little goals. I jog and bike right now. When I can get to my college to swim on lap swim hours I try. I really do not know much about swimming so there is my down fall. I am not coordinated enough to get my legs and arms and I do not know when to breathe. I am a mess in the water lol.
