This week we should all avoid pop/soda for the entire week. We should all add a different work out. Like if we don't bike take a bike ride, if we don't do a work out dvd do it. Just mix it up this week. I am going to try and ride horses everyday I have not done that in over a year. :-) Good luck everyone!

Well I have had absolutely no motivation this week. I have stay active and didn't over eat but it is the lovely TOM and I am feeling drained. So this next week I need some major encouragement. You can burn a lot of calories by doing circuit training. The way 30 day shred works is you do a 25 min workout 3mins cardio, 2 mins strength, and 1 min abs. You do the circuit over and over. ya so I was all about this then I have Vacation Bible School for kids at my church and I ate with them and it wasn't good foods. I am allowing myself to cut back. Today was crappy. I forgot all about the challenge lol! A couple of tips for curbing the sweets is jello- sugar free 60 calorie cups and sugar free gum.

If you can add a banana or something like that in to hit that mark do it. Don't let yourself be under that 1200 calorie mark. Remember each meal should be 300 calories and you should have 300 calories for snacks for the day at least! Just be happy you are not going over! :-)

When I used my HRM on the 30 day shred I got about 337 calories for the first level. I would stick with the 350! Don't log in to many calories its always better to guess less burned than to over shoot it! Good job though! Its an amazing workout!

We have all different types of beans in our garden we eat them fresh or have a 5-12 bean chili! :-)

You should aim for a size 10 or 12. You can easily hit it! Push yourself a little! It is good to have small goals try being a size 14 by Halloween! :-) Good Luck!
