What I've been obsessed with lately is spaghetti squash or mashed cauliflower. Both are awesome! Just make it the night before and heat it up at work. You can eat a lot of it too and they only have a few calories as compared to either regular spaghetti or mashed potatoes.

I've just recently started small interval running. I walk for 2.5 minutes and then run 30 seconds. I can tell just doing it these past 2 weeks I can keep up and not get tired so quick.
