  • I actually lost a lb. this week. I have been stressed and thought I was going to gain. We were on the road yesterday...My husband and I split an entree (that was a first)! You are all so inspiring!:smile:

  • I have a hard time losing weight. You've got to watch what your eating calorie-wise. I often will not go over my limit but I am not making the best choices...I tend to cheat and need to stop it! Inches are good to lose so be proud of what you are doing!!:wink:
