It was the first time I could stick to a program. I felt great and lost sugar cravings in three days! I am trying to adjust my eating plan I love wine too much! Lol There are online sites. Believe me, if I could do it anyone can!

I did the Whole 30 program in March. You must stay off the scale for 30 days. It was hard to do but I did it! I was able to follow the plan (first time for me). I lost 10 lbs. I felt so good during this month.

I am working on the next 10 lbs. I hope to accomplish this goal over summer. We all need to work on our personal goals. No worries about not losing 55 by Sept. I have been swamped with end of the school year. Bring on summer!

Thank you! I joined MFP a few years ago. I was part of an active thread and lost 20lbs. Time went on and I stopped checking the thread...the weight came back! I look forward to seeing everyone's progress. :)

I am new to the group. I have been on the Whole 30 plan. I have 7 more days to complete the 30 days. I have cut out sugars. grains. dairy and alcohol!
