I wasn't going to even record todays weight as a loss because it's closer to 213 than 212 but I'll take it! I also had a NSV this week for being able to fit in a pair of jeans that's a size smaller that I haven't worn in a year, so that was awesome :)

I agree @Mirabelle_Out May has been hard, I did well the second and third week of May but this week I could have done better. I really want to get to 210 or under by the end of the month but I'm not sure that will happen.

42.6 pounds to go for me - that sounds scary lol! But even if I only lose another 20 pounds I'm going to be stoked! :)

I am out of town so I can't weigh in this morning. However, yesterday morning I weighed in at 233.8 (down 1.2 from last week)! & I was not a good girl last weekend, so its good to see a loss. I am out of town for work, got lonely, and resorted to chips & queso & a carne guisada last night

I had a cheat day which added a pound. I went down to 163, ahead of myself, then bounced back up a pound.

So I gained a little bit back this week, I'm a little bummed as this is my first gain on a weigh in since I started. I did over indulge a lot last weekend though so I'm not terribly surprised - honestly thought it would end up being more!

Shooting to lose 8lbs this month, so I've got to work hard. I also updated my goal weight for 190 instead of 170 - since I feel that is much more attainable.

Was feeling a bit down last night and someone shared on my post that this is a lifelong journey, not a short term one - there's no rush. Sometimes I forget that this isn't a race, I'm not really a patient person so this experience has been teaching me a lot about myself.

Keep on keeping on <3 You can't rush something you want to last forever <3

I haven't been making the best decisions on the past few days so I didn't weigh in until this morning. I was shocked to see that I made it out of the 230s! Hello 220s!!!

OK - I'm feeling optimistic that i can lose 55lbs by Sept - and I thank this group, and another that I'm in for the accountability. Down 43.2lbs since Feb 2nd, and about 18 while in this challenge. 26 to go go to hit "goal" - currently targeting end August at current pace. I continue to exercise 3-5 hours/day, which I know isn't feasible for most. Tracking everything consumed has been key. It's funny - i used to laugh at those people who said that they didn't even have a "taste" for certain things any more. But - i no longer crave afternoon sugar, and foods I used to love no longer agree with me. Case in point, today i had my first slices of (thin crust, margarita, organic) pizza since January. I feel like crap - have been moving slowly all afternoon; didn't want to exercise this evening. Some weeks i lose next to nothing, and other weeks i've lost 3.5lbs+. The positivity - from the MFP community, friends, family, my doctor, even people i don't see very often - has been incredible. I do worry - as i'm going to have to keep this tracking/exercise up for the rest of my life to keep it off. A side benefit - i packed for a weekend away, and 40+ lbs down - clothes take up less room in the suitcase. I don't have to wear layer after layer to hide rolls. Good luck, team - we can do this!

@bpkal that's incredible! 43.2lbs since Feb is crazy good! I long for the day when I don't have the taste for certain things anymore, but I just keep reminding myself to take it one day at a time. Super impressed with your dedication! Keep up the great work, I'm rooting for you! :)
