Ok, so 8lbs by the end of this month isn't looking as promising now.. I'm going to still try but that would be almost 4 pounds next week and the following. I'm pretty sure I gained over last weekend and that's why I had such a small loss this week :/ but I'm really routing for this weekend and getting through it day by day so I can have a better loss next week :) I also have the 5K I'm doing Sunday so that should help :)

On another note, a loss is a loss! That much closer to my goal :)

Always happy to see any loss! I'm sick and didn't eat much yesterday so I figured I'd have some sort of loss on the scales this morning.

I did a happy dance next to my scale this morning :) I've finally passed the 25lbs weight loss mark, now at 26lb loss! Only 49 more to get to my overall goal!!! And 19 more for this challenge :) to say I'm excited would be an understatement. This is just the fuel I needed this week to motivate me to push even harder next week :)

 Welp, I am going to stay positive and not count this as a gain. My weight has been fluctuating between 228-230 all week long. I did have a rough weekend, but it seems like this happens every month and I think it has to do with my menstrual cycle. I usually drop weight during my cycle then weigh higher a couple of weeks later. I really need to stop cheating on the weekends so much and I know I'd be seeing a bigger loss!

@Be_Lively - weekend eating has been killing me too!! Last weekend was the first one in... I feel like months since I made it through without eating all the bad stuff. The biggest thing that helped me last weekend was weighing in saturday and sunday to try to keep myself accountable, not sure if you do that already but it may help this weekend :)

@joannemonette1 - so awesome!! keep it up! :)

No progress last week, but not too worried. I may have had a couple treats for Father's Day, and had to be out if town for work for a couple days, which made it hard to eat well those days. Wound up with a lot of sodium, which I'm pretty sure held some water. I'll bounce back this week.

Really good progress overall. I wouldn't sweat this week's number too mich, there are so many factors that cause little fluctuations. You've been super consistent, keep doing what you are doing and the results should be there.

Thank! I do weigh in every morning already. And I definitely blew it out of the water yesterday. I think it was the worst day I've had since starting my journey. CiCi's pizza plus bbq, drinks & smores. I always try to overestimate when I am not sure, and I think I really did. We were invited to another bbq today, and I am going to stay home for this one. I will certainly want to drink if I go, so its best I don't. This is the first time I am declining an invitation solely because I don't want to go over my calories. And I feel bad because I haven't been out to this friend's house in a while. But I gotta do what I gotta do.

Sorry so long. I just have never felt this guilty after cheating. But today is another day, and I will shake it off by maybe doing some meal planning. I never do that and usually wing it day by day so I need something to keep me focused right now.

We all have some days that are tougher than others. One bad day won't hurt everything. It's great that you are refocusing right away and writing off the week or anything like that. Good stuff!

As I expected, I bounced back from a slow week last week. 4.5lbs is a bigger drop than I would expect to or really want to make in a regular week, but, again, I think a good chunk of it was just water weight that I was holding onto from the week before. That's gone now, and I'm back on track - yay!
