I got some movement this week! On the scale and out and about, so far this week I've hit 10,000-12,500 steps daily and have been doing at least 20 minutes of exercise in addition to that! So excited to finally be in a good consistent routine Can't wait to see my results next week2 -

Only half a pound lost this week. Fell victim to summer BBQ Friday night and still haven't recovered on the scale -- and there's another BBQ today. Soon I'll be back on track ... Will be doubling down on exercise.1 -
