You should try mixing up your exercise. A friend of mine was using an intensive program that changed the workout each day. It "confuses" the muscles so your muscles don't adjust to just one workout. :embarassed: I do the same thing. I don't purge my cupboards because the kids/hubby always want a little something sweet. I have gotten better at not over-indulging. I think we need to focus on the fact that we can have a sweet treat once in awhile. Just be sure to record it...that will make you think twice the next time…
