Oatmeal, multi grain CheeRios and...Cinnamon Life cereal...that's my kryptonite....But, I eat carbs, too.

Sugar free popsicles ...A great 20 calorie snack. They have grilled chicken bites that are good (in the frozen food section). Quick and easy to add to a salad. I also like their 0 calorie flavored water.

I'm afraid I've lost my mojo as well. Trying to get back on track but all my old tools for success seem to be failing me.....If you find some good, motivating friends.....share them with me!!!

Any doctor recommending a 500 calorie a day diet should be "fired."

Congratulations - you look wonderful, but you looked wonderful in your "before" pictures as well. You're now wonderfully healthy!

What an amazing transformation and what an amazing young man you are! You did it! I bet all the bibs from your runs are turning into quite a collection! Stay healthy and thank you for sharing your inspiring journey!

Reluctantly took into the office all the decadent sugar laden food "gifts" I received over Christmas. Since I have holiday poundage to lose anyway, this really DID make me feel victorious. I don't understand the relatives giving you these kind of gifts when they saw how long it took me to get this weight off and what a…

Food poisoning was Monday. Today is Thursday. I'm thinking you could eat anything by now and be ok. As for me....I will be eating it ALL!!! Good luck. I think you'll be fine.

Hope all the "awesomes" will chase way those thoughts of deleting your MFP account. NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!!!!

Glad I'm not the only one. I'm fighting hard to get back where I was. (I'm 15 lbs up). I won't let "obese" happen to me again. CadenDavid, I'm hoping to be as successful as you! My initial loss was 95 as well!

Feel free to add me as well. 62, single - I live in Ocala, FL.

Feel free to add me as well.

I'm 62. Lost 95 lbs. It did take a year and a half, so patience, patience, patience is key. Send a friend request to me!

I'm here because I was obese and didn't want to be anymore. I will be here indefinitely because I'm no longer obese or overweight and I'm determined to stay that away. MFP has been crucial to my success.

Four C batteries for my.......gotcha! No, not for "that" - for my new fake candle with 24 hour timer.

The grocery store had my favorite cereal (Cinnamon Life) buy one, get one free. This is a binge trigger for me. Managed to resist for once!!!!

Managed to resist coffee cake in the break room yesterday and croissants in the break room today. Why oh why do people insist on bringing that stuff in EVERY.....SINGLE....DAY???!!!!

I'm 62. Eat less, move more. It works. 95 pounds gone!

Great job! You are learning a lot about what works for you. I feel the same way...It's unrealistic to see myself eliminating a food/foods forever and for me, that kind of deprivation spurs binges. Luckily, I'm the type that can stop at 10 chips or be happy with 1/4 bar of chocolate. Congratulations. You look amazing! If…

I know (a lot of us know) how hard it is to keep going to get to and maintain goals. You've done amazing. I bet you're feeling amazing too?!!!
