Wooo! Day 6, Level 1 done. Knees hurting but otherwise ok :)

Level 1, day 5 done. Was going to rest tomorrow, but think I'll push through so I can be on track for 6xweek. Going on vacation at the end of July and want to finish it up before I leave!

I figure I'll post pictures when I get to the month mark if I'm brave enough! My weigh in day is Friday - that way I can cheat a bit on the weekend and it usually evens out by the following check in lol

Everyone seems to have their own take on this lol. It's technically only 9 minutes of strength training, 6 of cardio, and 3 of abs (sure feels like more!), so I would guess that every day is fine if you want to do it that way. I intend to take at least one if not two days off each week.

Day 3 done! I needed that rest day yesterday - knees and elbows much better today. My legs get sooooo tired and tight feeling during that second round of cardio. Ouch!

I'm taking a rest day because my knees and elbows are killing me. I don't think it's necessarily 30DS that's doing it as I was trying out a new cardio dvd the last couple of days too and it had a lot of kickboxing moves. I'll rejoin y'all tomorrow!

I was wondering the same thing. I've read conflicting recommendations online. I prefer just doing everything M-F because I get way busy (er, lazy!) on the weekends, but haven't decided yet.

I've pretty much got level 1 down now that I've started it 20 different times lol. I know the first few times I ever did it I made it like 10 minutes in and nearly died! I've never tried level 2 or 3 though!
