I always input what I eat myself so that I know it's correct. A lot of the stuff in the database is wrong.

You can eat pizza! I do Domino's because their website has a nutrition calculator for all their foods so you can figure out exactly how many calories you're eating per slice. You shouldn't be denying yourself foods you want. That causes binges! Just learn how to eat it within your calorie limits.

Congrats on the 5kg you have lost! That is a success. Have you brought this up with your doctor? You may have something medically going on like PCOS or hypothyroid that is keeping you from achieving your goal.

For me, my original target weight was 150. I lowered it to 135 because I still wasn't happy at 150. I'm at 139 now and I am hoping that 135 will be good because I still am not happy at 139, but I can go down to 125 at the least and not be in the too low weight on the BMI scale. I'm 5'9.

After losing 62lbs I went from a 38C to a 34B.

Yes and I HATE it. I have lost 62lbs so far and I have lose skin on the undersides of my arms, my lower stomach, my inner thighs, and my torso. It grosses me out completely. I am 5'9 and weigh 141lbs. I work out 5 days a week and 3 of those days I work out twice a day, one workout being cardio and the other weights. I keep…

You can wear a heart rate monitor for those times and try to figure it out by that. Or get a Fitbit or a Jawbone UP.

I never use the burns that MFP give. They're insanely high. If I do an hour of the recumbent bike MFP will tell me I burned like 500 calories and the bike will say 320. I go with the bike.

I buy 6 packs of water and drink them while at work and at home. I finish one a day.

I used to drink Coke every single night at work. Like 3 bottles. One day I just cold turkeyed it and started drinking bottled water instead. That was 10 years ago and I've never had anything except water since. And the occasional ultra skim milk when I have cereal.

Exercising makes it impossible for me to sleep, but the only time I have time to do it is before I go to bed so I just deal. I've always had trouble sleeping since I was born so I guess it just comes with the territory.

5'9, 135lbs. I'm at 142 right now and I started at 204 last November.

I hate eating out. It stresses me out because of the calories in the food, but it also stresses me out because of my food phobias from my SED/ARFID. So I avoid it unless I have absolutely no choice whatsoever.

I live in Pittsburgh, so it makes me like 11 or 12 hours ahead. So right now MFP thinks it's 250pm here I think. I'm at work, so it helps! I changed my Fitbit to Hong Kong time to so it syncs right with MFP.

I'm having the same issue, but mine is in my left ribcage. It feels like I tore a ton of muscles and my ribs feel super bruised. I can't even lie on them or I get short of breath. I don't remember hurting them while lifting so who knows!

I have my MFP set to Hong Kong time. When I wake up at 6pm I eat breakfast and when I get home from work after 7am is dinner. Everything else in between is either lunch or snacks. And then I log my gym stuff after work in the mornings because that is when I go.

I live in the Brookline area. I get my gas in South Park at the GetGo on Route 88 since it's $2.79 there and then I use my Giant Eagle Fuel Perks to make it lower, lol.
