Yuck! Bison?

I do love a nice butt. I'm not sure exactly what the qualifications are, but I know one when I see one!

Yum! Bailey's?

There are a lot of nice and attractive short men. My issue is that I'm 5'9½ and I feel like an Amazon when I am standing near a man that is not at least 5'10 and it gives me a bad complex. I've only ever been able to date men that are my height or taller because of that. It's a mental block thing. My sister is 5'11 and her…

I agree! Although I used to be constantly hot and that was way worse for me. Now I just can't feel my hands or feet most hours of the day.
-
Yuck! I had to Google that as I've never heard of it, but it looks like bleu cheese here. Swiss cheese?
-
Yum but it gives me terrible mouth ulcers and makes my GERD bad :( Pretzels?
-
I guess either a cup of vanilla froyo or a soft drop pumpkin cookie?

Yuck Gyro

Every day after I wake up and have used the bathroom and I make sure to be naked. Then I log it into my Libra app on my phone so I have a chart to see my ups and downs.
-
I'm just jealous of all of you that are allowed to have caffeine! Damn tachycardia.

Yuck Vanilla froyo

I get like that every time I walk on the treadmill. I get very dizzy and nauseated when I step off and it takes me a long time to recover from the nausea.

I have that problem, but I've had it since I was a toddler. I suffer from SED (selective eating disorder) which is also known as ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder). I even have panic when people are near me eating foods I have phobias of.
-
I've never eaten for pleasure, I mostly do it because I'd die otherwise...lol. I have SED (selective eating disorder), so I have a lot of food phobias. I'm very glad to see that no one thinks I should feel guilty or ashamed though! That truly makes me feel a lot better. I've been definitely worried,

I did my treats enjoying, lol. My body is not used to food like this so I am sick as a dog now. Hopefully I'll be ok enough to get to the gym in 2 hours when I'm done with work!

@Wondertje - I guess binge is a bad word to use. I just don't eat what I normally eat (I eat the same things daily so I know that I stay within my calorie range). So, like today for instance I had a small sauceless cheese pizza for Thanksgiving and 3 pumpkin cookies and 2 pieces of cookie cake. And drank a ton of water. I…

I'm 5'9 and have went from 204 down to 143 and I still can't get rid of my belly pooch either. I do a ton of cardio and I was up to 200 crunches and 200 sit ups a day at one point and nothing happened. I've never had kids. It's so frustrating! I can move mine around and everything. :( I still have 14lbs to go because I…

Have you seen a GI doctor? It could be something like GERD or gastroparesis causing you to feel this way after eating.
-
I use the app Libra on my phone and weigh myself daily after I wake up. It tells me if I've gained or lost each week and how much each month based off of my daily weigh ins. That way I don't panic as much if one day I am 143lbs and the next day I weigh in at 145.
-
I have an eating disorder called SED (selective eating disorder) AKA ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder), so I only have a few foods that I actually WANT to eat. DQ ice cream and sauceless cheese pizza are the two I constantly crave. I haven't had DQ in probably 2 years, but I allow myself pizza every few…

I've definitely never eaten Nutella. Never will. It looks gross! I hate peanut butter too.
-
Double Stuf Oreos, pizza, Oreo McFlurry, DQ cookie dough blizzard, DQ cones, vanilla cake with vanilla icing. I don't let any of these near me.
-
I get all my workout clothes at Victoria's Secret. I love their yoga pants and their tanks and bralettes.
-
I drink around 2 gallons a day. Sometimes more probably. I start drinking as soon as I wake up and drink until I go to sleep. I go through a 6 pack of Smart Water daily, but it's the only thing I drink. I'm always thirsty.
-
My weight is always higher at the doctor because when I'm at home I weigh myself once I wake up and have used the bathroom and I'm naked. When I get weighed at the doctors I have clothes on and I've had drinks and food beforehand so it's going to be a few pounds difference.

Fasted cardio just makes me feel very sluggish and shaky. I'm not a fan!
-
I feel that a lot. I will have just eaten and feel so shaky that I can barely stand up. I'm not sure if it's blood sugar or what, but it happens daily. I'm not underweight either and it's pretty annoying!
