I use Fitness19. It only costs me $10/month and they open at 5am on weekdays and stay open till 11pm and 8am on weekends. I go after work in the mornings since I work until 7am and it works great for me! They have cardio equipment and weights so it's a good mix!

I'm so glad she made it with NEC! I used to work in a NICU and that is so scary.

I weigh myself daily, after I wake up and have used the bathroom, and I make sure I am naked. I keep track of it in the Libra app. I like how it keeps a graph for me so I can see my ups and downs.

I think the 230lbs I weighed when I was 21. I'm 5'9 so it definitely didn't look good on me!

No thanks! :) It flares my chronic illness badly.

Not everyone can eat "low sodium". I hate seeing posts with that. Some of us need more salt than is recommended. I need 10,000mg daily just to make sure that I can hold onto my fluids and not dehydrate. My cardiologist prescribes me salt pills to take. I exercise, but I don't get that lovely serotonin boost that everyone…

I feel hungry while I'm eating, lol. I'm jealous of people who can eat and actually feel full. Sometimes I wonder if it's a blood sugar issue since I have PCOS.

A calorie is definitely a calorie. As someone who suffers from SED (selective eating disorder), I can only eat a few foods and I'd have never lost the 60lbs I have so far if I had to eat things like fruits and vegetables and fish and whatever else is considered "healthy".

"Do you ever eat?" just because I won't order pizza and stuff at work and bring my own lunch.

It takes time for workouts to start showing improvements. Like for instance, if you do the rowing machine everyday for your cardio it can take 12 weeks before you start seeing results. It can take 4-8 weeks with weight lifting to see results depending on how much of it you're doing. It's never fast.

I lost my first 45lbs only counting my calories. I just added exercise in 4 months ago in hopes of toning up all my excess skin and I've also lost another 14lbs since then.

I go to work, I clean, I do laundry, I eat the same as I do any other day. The weekend are just regular days like any other!

I ride the recumbent bike. My blood pressure gets really low during my TOM though so I need to be seated or I hit the floor.

I cut out soda completely a decade ago and only drink water. I also only eat the 100 calorie packs of snacks instead of the full calorie ones.

I just think it depends on how someone says something. I'd never walk up to a person and be like, "Oh hey, you look pretty fat! Let me tell you how I lost weight because you DEFINITELY need to lose weight!", but there are people out there that would do that. That is rude and I think anyone would take offense to that. Just…

I lost an entire cup size from the 60lbs I've lost so far. I just bought me some new bras. Any time I lose weight my boobs go first. I figure they're just a victim of the war.
