I am not friends with any of my exes. I couldn't even imagine! I was good and over it by the time our relationships ended. I tried to be friends with my ex-fiance, but that didn't work out well and he ended up just being a HUGE jerk and making me hate myself.

It was never for my health. It's always been because I want to look like society thinks women should look and because I want to actually like myself instead of hate myself.

I'm 5'9½. I'm down to 151.6 right now, but my goal is 140. I started at 204. I went from size 12 jeans to size 8 and I'm hoping to get into at least a 6.

Best: boobs (I am jealous!) Worst: Nothing that I can see

Have you talked to your doctor at all? You might suffer from gynecomastia. It's from excess growth of breast tissue and not fat tissue.

I suffer from Selective Eating Disorder (SED) which is also known as Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) now. I've had it since I was a baby and was taken off of bottle feeds. I have MASSIVE food phobias. I am scared to death of any nuts or nut butters, seafood, and fish. If people are with me and eating…

I waited 9 months to start buying new clothes and it was only because I couldn't wear my jeans or my work scrub pants anymore. They were falling off of me no matter what I did. So, I bought myself one new pair and jeans and 2 new pairs of scrub pants. Once I hit my goal weight then I'll buy more clothes because I am hoping…

Just making sure I eat at or under my calorie goal. Food is food to me, but I have an eating disorder (Selective Eating Disorder) so I eat the small list of foods I'm not phobic of to stay alive.

I'm 5'9 and I am super self-conscious about my height so I only date men 5'10 or taller. My boyfriend is 6'1, so I won't wear heels over 4 inches so that I'm not taller. I love to wear heels though!

I take Quaker Weight Control oatmeal with me to work and yogurt and cottage cheese.

Thank you!!! :) I like to get feedback from others because I seriously cannot see it in myself at all. We're our own worst enemy I guess!

It depends. I exercise when I have bad headaches or migraines. (Like this morning.) I would probably exercise at home if I had something contagious though just so I didn't infect the gym.

8 quarts? lol...welcome to American measurements! I'd drink more if there were more hours in a day I could be awake. I am so thirsty all the time!
-
I drink around 2 gallons a day. I have for the past 10 years at least. I also don't drink anything else except for water, so I guess that makes it easier! I am constantly thirsty though. (And yes, they rule out diabetes every time I go to the doctor and have since I was a teenager...lol.)

I'm active daily. Feel free to add me! :)

I feel you! I've lost 51lbs and still have 13 to go and I feel like it's never going to happen!! Feel free to add me! :)

I try to give myself a cheat day once a month just because I can't fit some things into my calorie because I can't find the calorie content listed for the foods. I also enjoy a Blizzard from DQ every 6 to 12 months and it's impossible to fit anything good from there into your calorie count.

27...feel free to add me!

I like chocolate milk after a work out or string cheese.

I just tell myself that if I eat anything over my calories then I will gain my weight back and that thought is absolutely terrifying to me. If I do eat outside of my limit then I will exercise hard right after to make up for it and make sure I am under the next day.
-
Just say you have your period so you don't have to fast and you can work out instead if you want to work out.

I've lost 200 sticks of butter!

Awesome job!! Dropping pants sizes is such a great feeling!

It gives me a lower calorie count than IIFYM and MFP give me, so now I'm wondering if I should lower my calories again.

I'm so glad that they found something to help you! I also have PCOS, so does my mom. If I'm not hyper vigilant I gain weight like it's my job. I weighed 230lbs when I was 21 (I'm 5'9) and that's the most I can remember weighing that I paid attention to. When I was in HS I was very overweight and got diagnosed with…

No kids here and probably won't ever have any, but I'd love to name a boy Curran (after Eugene Curran Kelly...Gene Kelly!) because Gene Kelly is my favorite actor of all time. I also love the name Cersei and would so name a daughter that. I know she's an evil wench, but GoT is amazing and so is that name!
