I lost my first 45lbs with absolutely no exercise. I have dysautonomia so exercise wasn't easy for me at first since I tend to pass out from it. I went to cardiac rehab and worked my way up until I could do it regularly.

You are truly my hero!

This is why I will have to log obsessively for the rest of my life so I hope this website and the app never disappear. I don't trust myself.

Vegan people tend to have some vitamin deficiencies and there's no reason to give up gluten unless you have an allergy. But, if you want to be vegan then make sure you're taking a multivitamin and that you're having your iron levels checked.

Take measurements and pictures. I regret not doing that because 70lbs later and I still don't see my progress because all I've ever paid attention to was the number on the scale. Measurements will help you realize just how far you've come. Make sure you never give up your favorite foods, but that you just eat a lot less of…

I've lost 70lbs and I have cheat days. I'd go crazy otherwise because I love DQ Blizzards and pizza. They are the only 2 foods I actually look forward to and even wish to eat.

Looking awesome!

My dad uses Jublia and it takes a long time, but it seems to be working for him!

If you figure out how to get rid of cravings, let me know! I constantly crave ice cream and pizza and I've lost 70lbs and have been doing this for like a year and a half and my cravings have never stopped.

I don't buy anything that is more than one serving. And if I go to a restaurant I use their nutritional menu and figure out what to eat that is within my calories.

Yuck. Funnel cake

I'm not married, but my mom is like this. She eats what she wants and doesn't exercise at all. She says that exercise can lead to heart attacks and that since she's almost 60 she doesn't need to lose weight because no one cares what you look like at that age. My dad on the other hand is on a constant diet and tries to walk…

I have worked 11pm-7am for a decade now. At one point I was working 7pm-7am. Everyone at my job always orders food too, so I make sure to pack a lunch and take it with me every night. It usually completely deters me from eating badly!

Awesome job! :)

I also completely obsess over food and my weight and everything else. I have never enjoyed eating, it is just something I do because you have to if you want to stay alive. My issue is that if it were up to me I would live on DQ cookie dough Blizzards and cheese pizza with no sauce because those are the only 2 foods that…

My lower stomach looks exactly like this. I'm glad someone else's does. I have been trying for over a year to get rid of it to no avail.

I just can ride the recumbent bike without passing out so that's what I do. I have to workout because of my autonomic disorder and they told me to use the bike when I did cardiac rehab since I feel the best on it. My gym doesn't have any classes...it's only exercise equipment.

I do either 1 rest day or 2 rest days straight. It depends on how tired I am.

I was thinking of getting magnesium. What kind do you use?

1. I'm not sure. What does DOMS feel like? It just feels like my muscles are on fire constantly, especially in my thighs and knees. Sometimes also in my shins. 2. I just ride the recumbent bike for 65 minutes straight. I don't do anything else really. I walk at work because it's part of my job. 3. I adjust it throughout my…

I'm not allowed to do standing exercises because I have issues with my autonomic nervous system. I do row at times, but that kills my knees too. My gym doesn't have a pool. I have done strength training before, but I don't do it often. I do yoga to stretch, but it doesn't seem to help my legs at all. Just my upper body. My…

I have. They just say it's from exercising. I've had the pain since I started exercising last July. I go 5-6 days a week and do 65 minutes of the bike each time.

I'm 28! Feel free to add me!

That Baylor calculator says my BMI is 15.2 which is not right! It's 19.5. I wonder if it goes off a different scale??

Don't overeat and do exercise on the weekends.

I have a whole fitness motivation board on my Pinterest full of stuff like that, but for me that's what I want to look like. I think they should have different fitspo things that go with every body type so that people can look at how they want to look instead of how someone else may want to look.

It will do that to you every 10lbs you lose, but it goes down instead of up. I'd send their IT team a message and see what's up!
