I'm a teller supervisor so I see a lot of the same people daily and I fully understand your need of having people notice. The weeks no one says anything about my progress I eat more junk but the weeks people say something I am all over eating right and staying on track.

I normally get over 200 trick or treaters but I feel like I did really good by spending $30

We call it "sand bagging" and it is unfair

I got it because at the time I felt like I was poison but have realized over the past 4 years that it wasn't me that was poison but the people I let into my life... Don't use fresh eggs and they'll peel easier

There are 2 types of fiber and you want to make sure that you are getting both non-soluble fiber (lettuce is a good source) and soluble (whole grain) because non-soluble makes the *ahem* move while soluble makes it larger...

I have Tupperware's fridgesmart containers and I am amazed at how much longer my fresh fruits and veggies last in them

Eating fiber can help you feel full and for longer amounts of time

Welcome to MFP!!! My first day to log my calories here it said I would gain 7 lbs in the next 5 weeks if I kept on the same diet. It really does help.
