I'm guilty of not being very active, I was doing really well until Easter and didn't stick to it for a couple of weeks got back into bad habits like drinking wine in the week and eating chocolate bars. Started again today and I want to lose a stone this month so here goes!

Spanish style chicken bake and the homemade burgers are our favourites, I've never used a cookery book as much as this one, its like my bible. I made the chicken korma and froze portions for my daughter to have at uni! :-)

At the weekends we are allowed treats if we have been good all week, we still eat healthily but i allow my self to have wine and my hubby has cheesecake, it just makes the weekends a little special and the weight is still coming off, (even if i've had more wine than i should). You can do it this is the best i've ever done…
