Where are you getting your readings? If you are using a treadmill., or any exercise machine for that matter, and use their "grip" HR readers, what is shown can be WAY different from what your actual rate is. Something to think about... If you want to be precise, get a polar HR monitor strap or something like it.

I have heard that HRM, MFP, and Calorie Counts on exercise machines can be off by that amount as well. I always reduce my time by 10-15% when logging in exercise to make sure I am not giving myself too much credit on calorie burns.
